We provide social media advertising, social media page management, and print and outdoor advertising. The scope, timeline and price of each project will be agreed with you before work begins.
Payments
Fees are payable as agreed in the quotation. Advertising spend charged by platforms such as Meta, and printing or hoarding rental costs, are separate from our service fees unless stated otherwise.
Results
We work to make every campaign effective, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform policies and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, followers or reach.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information, images and offers you give us are accurate, lawful and yours to use. Ads and posts must follow the policies of the platform they run on.
Ownership of work
Once full payment is received, final designs and posts made for you can be used by you for your business. Your social media pages always remain yours.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel a project by giving notice. Work already completed and costs already paid to third parties will be charged.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madhepura, Bihar.
